OUR NUMBERS
For over 50 years, we have been operating in the reinforced concrete prefabrication sector, covering the entire general construction market in Northern and Central Italy. Our Company is part of the Martini Holding S.P.A. group and offers technically advanced products that allow us to achieve a balance point between architecture and engineering in every project.
Thanks to many years of experience and skills gained, we have built highly prestigious building complexes by using the best construction technologies and using techniques aimed at a constant search for aesthetic solutions. Today, with a total production area of 400,000 square metres, we are a point of reference in the field of car parks, shopping centres and supermarkets as well as management, industrial and logistics centres. But that's not all: the sectors in which we work include school and civil construction complexes, sports facilities, hospitals and nursing homes and hotels.
In 2017, we celebrated our 50th year of activity.
In this period we have been the protagonists of a continuous process of expansion and innovation that has allowed us to achieve important goals, such as joining the C.A.S.E project for the post-earthquake reconstruction of L'Aquila and participation in the construction of the "Rose of the desert" futuristic wellness centre in Abu Dhabi.
We believe that growth and development must always take place in a proportionate and measured way, without ever forcing something in natural evolution.
We are constantly looking for new knowledge and technologies for the creation of flexible and functional prefabricated buildings, which can be inserted in an increasingly harmonious way into the surrounding environment. The collaboration with the architect and designer Michele De Lucchi has allowed us to perfect studies and research into the development of new models of tradesmen's and industrial buildings, focusing the attention on the topic of the ecology and on the intelligent use of materials.

The study and perfecting of work techniques have also allowed us to receive precious and important contributions for the fulfilment of projects funded by the EU, like the A.L.I.C.E. (Armoured Liftable Anti-Intrusion Control) project.
The desire to constantly keep up with the times and meet the needs of an increasingly varied clientele has led to the expansion towards new and revolutionary services for the Italian construction market. It is thanks to this innovative drive that, in July 2004, Hydra Bagni emerged. This is the division of Martini Prefabbricati that operates in the sector of prefabricated bathroom units.
Hydra Bagni takes shape out of the initiative of a keen group of people who poured their passion and their technical skills into an innovative and ambitious project: that of producing high-quality prefabricated bathrooms, made of normal or lightweight concrete, and BioLight, eliminating the disadvantages of the on-site construction of the bathroom environment.
The strengths of the Hydra Bagni products include organisation and production in the factory, allowing maximum control over all the components and processing phases, guaranteeing a reduction in construction times and high quality and precision in the creation of the bathroom units.
As well as the construction of new buildings, our efforts are continuously directed towards offering new opportunities and solutions designed for every maintenance need, such as the restructuring and redevelopment of existing prefabricated buildings, which we transform into safe and efficient, beautiful, clean buildings.
Certificate of admission granted to the Italian Green Building Council Organization (1,000) for their promotion of environmental responsibility, comprehensive attention to the way in which buildings are built as well as for their compliance with the principles of sustainability according to Breeam and Leed protocols.
